Go figure, right? While this doesn't match the scram error that Setsuna got in the 00, this is a completely different OS!
Looks like even in the future, mankind cannot escape the dreaded error message. After the Fahren scrammed on the field subsequent tests were run on the machine, which determined that the new Gundams were in sore need of their own operating system. While this was easily corrected on then GN-012, GN-013 and GN-015, the GN-014 was not as easy.
They were forced to write a completely new OS to account for the increased number of condensers, thus rendering the old 7s-OS (Seven Swords Operating System) obsolete. Luckily, this was found in time to prevent the GN-015 from suffering the same fate after the old GNz-OS proven to be the cause of Plutone's odd rash of malfunctions, thus allowing for a smoother integration of the old OS into the Siege build of the MOS from Seravii.
